Mr. Phillips received his Master of Land Economics & Real Estate degree from the Mays Business School at Texas A & M University. He attended the University of Tennessee and earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management with emphasis on Project and Property Management from the University of Houston-Downtown.
Mr. Phillips is a California licensed real estate & mortgage broker, founder, and managing principal for his firm Real Star Realty Advisors. His real estate career spans acquisition and disposition valuation analysis on investment grade properties ranging in fair market value
from $7,000,000--$50,000,000 using ARGUS financial modeling software.
Mr. Phillips specializes in Class A-C residential and office property/portfolio management on buildings with a diverse tenant base such as NASA, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, and OSHA. Residential and commercial real estate market research and financial feasibility studies. Development and equity interest in land, multi-family, and single-family investment properties.
