Char Perlas received her Bachelors of Arts Degree in Psychology from Fresno State University and
Masters of Science in School Counseling as well as a Pupil Personnel Services Credential from CSU,
Sacramento. In Fall of 2006, Char completed her Masters in Public Administration from CSU, Hayward.
Char Perlas has been employed with Mission College since December of 1999. She has been working
as the MESA Director since October, 2000 and was voted Outstanding Faculty of the Year by the Mission College Associated Student Body during the 2004 - 2005 academic year.
