Serving every Tuesday and Thursday for lunch, the Bistro is a student-run operation open to the public featuring cafeteria or a la carte food production and services. Each day's menu is planned, prepared and served by Mission College students.

In 2016, we purchased a 30-foot, fully equipped mobile educational unit. It has a full array of features with production capacity that is comparable to any medium-sized restaurant. See you on the road in our Food Truck-Trailer!
